Mesquita’s Reflections is an adventure set in Macau in 1849. Vicente Mesquita, a lieutenant in Macau’s battalion is forced to avenge the murder of he colony’s governor. The Macau of Mesquita’s time was a boiling pot created by three centuries of Portuguese occupation of Chinese soil.
In this adventure, Mesquita fights his demons in a world of assassins, opium traders and slavers.
Vicente Mesquita‘s Statue, as it once stood in Macau’s Senate Square. It was torn down in 1966 during a riot.
